A little back story...
The Gym photo is self explanatory. I got the stepper for $7 and the weights for 99¢ at Good will. The balance ball is hubs from physical therapy!
The Rings photo is a big NSV for me. When I first lost all my weight I was amazed I could wear my mom's rings. She had the smallest, daintiest hands I have ever seen...so being able to wear them was a tremendous accomplishment for me...And after a long hiatus I'm able to wear them once again!
I love your home gym!
